What her patients say…

I’ve worked with Kinga for a number of my Ironman years, through the thick of training all the way to and after the big races. She has done more to keep me injury free than I can thank her for. She is brilliant at what she does and modest too. I would highly recommend her, she should be programmed into Training Peaks!
Martin Muldoon

Multiple Ironman World Championship Athlete, former Irish national record holder

As a seasoned personal trainer and bodybuilding bikini competitor, recovery is a crucial part of my routine. Kinga has helped me stay supple and prevent injuries, whilst going the extra mile to prepare me for the next day’s workload. She is professional, highly effective and I cannot recommend her more.
