Pelvic & Coccyx Pain

what we do

We have been helping people recover from pelvic and coccyx pain for 15 years.

Our 3-step treatment plan is designed to help your symptoms in the short and long term.

1. DiagnoseWe explain what is wrong and how we can help.

2. TreatSoft tissue treatment, joint manipulation, medical acupuncture, laser and tecar therapy.

3. CureStretches, exercises and lifestyle changes to prevent reoccurrence.

MRI and X-Ray

If you require imaging to confirm your diagnosis, we will refer you to Oryon imaging, who can provide us with next day results.

Specialist Referral

If you require a referral to a medical consultant, we have a network of specialists that we trust. We will then work alongside them to help manage your condition, whilst you are undergoing medical treatment (e.g. injection therapy, medication etc).

Coccyx Manipulation

All of our clinicians are experienced using both internal and external coccyx joint manipulation. We know it can be a bit daunting undergoing this type of treatment, so feel reassured that we always use the gentlest technique possible and work within your comfort limits.

Treatment Plan

If your condition may benefit from manual treatment, then we usually treat people in blocks of 6-12 sessions. If there is no change at all within 6-12 treatments, then we generally will refer you onwards. However, some cases will take longer, your clinician will let you know your plan of management at your first session.
