Sam’s extensive experience working in professional sport means she knows what it takes to successfully relieve pain and help patients come back from injury stronger than ever. She always addresses the underlying cause of pain, using a combination of structural and soft tissue techniques as well as corrective exercises to achieve lasting results.

Sam is a keen athlete, she loves playing tennis and squash, regularly competes in 10k races and carries out strength and conditioning sessions in the gym.
